I don't have a HDMI decoder so cant test it.

I'll give it a go, but I dunno if my testing will be completely accurate haha. Might be worthwhile getting a few of us to test a few films.

If it worked right previously, what do you think would throw it off though?

Right now I can definitely confirm the center speaker is playing out the back right speaker. I'll see if the back right is playing out the center, or if it's somewhere else Undecided

Can you check these samples:
http://www.mkv2vob.com/samples/6ch-lpcm-test1.mpg
http://www.mkv2vob.com/samples/6ch-lpcm-test2.mpg

Tell me if either of them play out of the correct channels.
#1 is from the beta
I think #2 should be correct

It reads out which channel should be playing, to very easy to see which ones are mixed up.

Isn't 584 included? I mean you have 582 so file will be transcoded, you have 584 or more and it won't?

The both files are called:

Get Smart 2008 1080p BluRay DD5.1 x264.mkv
Get Smart 2008 1080p BluRay DD5.1 x264.srt ( renamed it so, after download )

In the same directory select the file (only the MKV is shown in the directory) start muxing.

But the subs are not there.

Forgive me that this is not in the right part of the forum.

Is this the right way?

and is there a tutorial for having the best setup?

Thanks.

"Added AVCHD 720p with height above 584 can now be converted without transcoding."

just going by his release notes.
